Reproductive health training in Uganda
Date: 2015-04-30
Last week Positive Aid supported two of our workers from the project in Kenya to travel across the border into Uganda to participate in a training course. Project Coordinator Steve Mordecai and Maternal and Child Health Officer Conslate Otieno have been leading efforts in our project to help pregnant women, mothers and young children to survive and thrive. We have been making great progress and this part of our project has been growing rapidly. The opportunity for these workers to build their capacity in reproductive health has given them new knowledge and ideas to complement existing activities and they have returned to Kenya ready to go!
